  • By ticking this box you confirm that you will be fully available between the 23rd - 27th of may 2025 (exact times tbc but attendance will be required for the majority of the weekend)

1. Once you submit your application, it will be processed and you will be added to a recruitment waitlist. If successful, you will be invited to a Zoom interview with a member of the Festival team. If you are successful at the interview stage, you will be offered a place on the Programme and if you accept this place your account will be debited for the £50 honesty bond. You'll then be sent more details about training, your role, and the festival itself.
2. By applying and entering your details, you are declaring that you are happy to pay the £50 honesty bond to secure your place. This is non-refundable if you drop out within one month of the festival, but otherwise returned to you at the end of the festival on successful completion of all your shifts/ tasks.
3. Your details will be safely secured, not handed on to third parties and only used for communication for this and future HowTheLightGetsIn festivals.
  • This will only be debited from you on your acceptance of a place on the Programme, if successful. This will then be returned to you after the festival on completion of all your shifts/tasks.
